Finest pork ham wet-cured and cold and hot smoked for hours with sweet hardwoods from the Philippines. Either Mahogany, Star apple, Acacia, Mansanitas or Avocado wood.

A little more moist than dry cured. German ham is not as sweet as Ham in Philippines.

Storage Secrets: Leftovers may be a rare sighting, but should they appear, you can keep it inside the refrigerator after opening for about 3 days , a week un-opened.
