Baked in our wood fired brick oven at high temperature to perfect loaf, crunchy crust and a dense chewy inside.

Healthy, tasty  and a long  shelf life (which is irrelevant since it probably won’t last very long 🙂

Made with over-night sourdough bread from our own culture and imported grains and seeds.
